Camp Hillard CIT Early Enrollment Information for 2026

Note:
2025 CIT Rates Until October 1, 2025 if enrollment form and $1000 per CIT deposit received by then.
And a $200 credit per CIT for enrollment with $1,000 per CIT deposit by November 1, 2025.
$500 credit for 2nd camper as CIT in same family, plus an additional $1,000 credit if 3rd camper as CIT in same family.
Early Enrollment, 2nd and 3rd sibling credits will be applied after the initial deposit per child is made.
All applicable credits will be reflected on statement you will receive for the February 1, 2026 payment.
Tuition includes Air-Conditioned Round-Trip Transportation, Lunch and Snacks, 3 Camp T-shirts, Towel Service, & a Group Picture.
Payment Schedule: $1,000 deposit per CIT upon enrollment, 50% of family balance due by 2/1/26, final balance due by 4/1/26. I understand that any early enrollment, 2nd and 3rd camper credits will be applied after the initial $1,000 deposit per CIT is made.
PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE BY CHECK PAYABLE TO CAMP HILLARD (manual check or check issued by your bank via online bill pay), or by ACH Debit (1% charge).
There is no cancellation fee until January 1, 2026. IN CASE OF A CANCELLATION AFTER JANUARY 1, A $100 PER CHILD PROCESSING FEE WILL BE CHARGED. In addition, $250 per child of the camp fee is not refundable after 3/1/26. However, the remainder of all money paid will be returned until 6/1/26. There are no refunds after 6/1/26.
